In this training, I will briefly explain how to easily move between a Group of Charts, and its relevant section in the Preset Report tab, in Managenable® risk template software.

This training is applicable to the Preset Report tab, as well as all Charts tabs.

As an example, let’s give a look at the group of charts Residual Risk Exposure in Risk Charts tab.

An interesting feature for each group of charts is the hyperlink available on the top right corner.

This hyperlink enables you to go directly to the relevant section in the Preset Report tab.

Link From Group Of Charts To Preset Report Valid

However, you must pay attention to the traffic light beside the hyperlink.

If the traffic light is green, the Data Filters or Preset currently in use in the Preset Report tab is the same as in the current Charts tab.
This means that if you click on this hyperlink, you will see information related to the same dataset.
In other words, you will be comparing apples with apples.

Compatibility Valid

But if the traffic light is red, the Data Filters or Preset currently in use in the Preset Report tab is not the same as in the current Charts tab.
This means that if you click on this hyperlink, you will see information related to a different dataset.
In other words, you will be comparing apples with… bananas.

Compatibility Invalid

When you click on the hyperlink, you reach the relevant section in the Preset Report tab.

In that relevant section, you will find basic statistics, and the list of Risk IDs involved.

Residual Risk Exposure Preset Report Section

In the Preset Report tab, the feature is the same.

When you want to go to a Charts tab to see a graphical representation of the statistics and list of risk IDs, you can simply click on the hyperlink on the top right corner of the section.

The traffic light has the same rules as those in Charts tabs.
